At Portland Leather, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love your artisan-made goods. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process for a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
